POLFLAM fire-resistive glass uses POLFLAM’s proprietary technology to offer ultramodern fire-resistive glass products and systems.

In various sectors, fire safety is of utmost importance, particularly in building design and construction. POLFLAM fire-resistive glass uses advanced technology to create fire-resistive glass products that not only enhance safety but also maintain aesthetic appeal.

POLFLAM fire-resistive glass meets full thermal insulation and is based on the technology developed by POLFLAM. The fire-resistive glass unit consists of two fully tempered safety lites and the cavity between the two lites is filled with a colourless hydrogel interlayer. The thickness of the hydrogel interlayer determines the fire-resistive category of the unit.

The hydrogel interlayer is produced at POLFLAM’s factory according to the company’s own proprietary formula. The technology enables the company to produce fire-resistive glass with ultramodern properties.
