Only a year ago was a modern technological line launched in the newly built hall, while another production facility is about to open in Runów, equipped with the state-of-the-art machinery for production of fire-resistant glass. The potential of the new facility will allow POLFLAM to double its production capacity.

The new hall means another hundreds of square meters of production space. Still in September will a newly acquired line for glass cutting be launched and by the end of the year, another hardening furnace will be installed to allow for heat treatment of glass panels as large as 6000 x 2800 mm. The investment also includes suitably large warehouse space.

– When designing the facility, we primarily had in mind the necessity of considerable increase in production volumes due to the growing order intake from international markets as well as our extended product rage that we have on offer – says Dawid Kapsa, the Company’s General Director. – Another important factor was the maximum efficiency of the technological process, therefore, we decided to invest, e.g., in another hardening furnace and an automated glass cutting line. What is equally important, the new space will also house comfortable offices.

POLFLAM’s new investments always mean one step forward into the future. They are, however, preceded by careful market research and forecasting. The new hall with the latest technology production line marks yet another era in POLFLAM’s history. It makes it possible for the Company to handle large orders, within short delivery times and no delays. The next step is coming soon with another new hall being designed to be started in 2018.
